By participating in the #GivingBack20 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions. The Sweepstakes is governed by California law.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on September 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on November 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be announced by 10:00 a.m. PST on December 2, 2025.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Retail Stylist Sweepstakes: Open to bridal stylists aged 18+ working at participating Bridal Collective retailers with store manager approval.

3. How to Enter

A purchase is not required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

• Purchase Entry: All gown orders placed at participating Bridal Collective retail partners during the Sweepstakes Period using promo code #GivingBack20 will receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per gown purchase.

• Mail-In Entry: To enter without purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, email, phone, and mailing address to Bridal Collective, Attn: #GivingBack20 Sweepstakes, 1382 Valencia Ave., Suite E, Tustin, CA 92780. Postcards must be postmarked by November 30, 2025 and received no later than December 1, 2025.

Limit: One entry per person regardless of method of entry.

4. Prizes

Consumer Sweepstakes Prizes:
• One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) free Bridal Collective gown (Sponsor’s selection).
• Two (2) Second Prizes: One (1) Bridal Collective gown at 50% discount (off MSRP).
• Three (3) Third Prizes: One (1) Bridal Collective gown at 25% discount (off MSRP).

Retail Stylist Sweepstakes Prizes:
• One (1) Grand Prize: $500 gift voucher credited to participating retail partner.
• Two (2) Second Prizes: $200 gift voucher each.
• Three (3) Third Prizes: $100 gift voucher each.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random on or about December 1, 2025. Winners will be notified by email, phone, or text message. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

6. Publicity & Content License

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, and advertising agencies from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

9. Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant suspected of violating these rules. Personal data will be used solely to administer this Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

For a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the above address within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
